About Us The Houston Avicultural Association is a Houston, Texas based bird club. Our members range from first time pet bird owners to experienced aviculturists and just about everything in between. The purpose of the HAA is to promote the advancement of Aviculture through educational programs that support improved husbandry practices, conservation, research and legislative awareness. The HAA is an affiliate organization of the American Federation of Aviculture (AFA). |
